We are migrating our VA (Virginia, USA) and NL (Amsterdam, Netherlands) IP addresses. Changes are expected within the next 24-48hrs.

Why?

Our current DDoS Protection while better than most is not “up to the task” when it comes to the ever-growing threat of attacks today. The new protection service will work in-addition to our existing on-site protection services to greatly increase the attack volumes we can handle.

What does this mean for me?

• If your server includes a dedicated IP it will be updated to another dedicated IP

• If your server is in any of the locations (VA or NL) you will need to restart the server if the IP is changed

• Your server will include up to 400TBPS DDoS protection by default. Better than OVH Game!

How Will I know?

• You cannot connect to your server

• Subdomain Doesn’t work

• The IP shown on the panel is different from the one you are currently connecting with

What do I need to do?

It is important that you update your subdomain (click fix), and restart your server from within the panel, this will allow your server to attach its self fully to the new IP address.
